Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-28
14-day, no-questions-asked
Within 14 days of payment you may request a full refund for any reason, whether or not you have used the service. No conditions, no exceptions, no deductions — the setup didn't work, it's not a fit, or you simply changed your mind.
This meets and supplements the Paddle Buyer Terms: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your payment, and nothing here limits the rights its buyer terms grant you.
How to request
- Use the link in the Paddle receipt email you received after paying; or
- Email the address on our Contact page with your payment email. No reason needed.
Refunds return by the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
- Remote access for the paid period stops immediately (your dedicated hostname stops resolving).
- Your slug and account record are kept — nobody else can take them; a future payment restores everything.
- Your self-hosted Mediary Scout instance is unaffected — it runs on your own machine; we only provide the tunnel.
After 14 days
Payments past 14 days are generally non-refundable, except: service unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to our fault; or the service is permanently shut down by us (pro-rated refund for unused time).
For disputes, the Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law prevail.
