In one sentence
Mediary Connect touches only the minimum data needed to let you open your own instance from outside your network. Your media content, drive credentials, and LLM keys always stay on your own machine — this service is technically unable to reach them.
What we collect
- Email address — your sole account identifier, used for login (magic link), payment receipts, and expiry reminders.
- Payment info — handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We never touch your card number or Alipay account; we only receive a transaction ID and payment email from Paddle.
- Service config — the slug you chose, tunnel identifier, and provisioning/suspension times.
- Runtime metadata — tunnel connection status (online/offline) and basic HTTP metadata in access logs (produced at the Cloudflare edge).
What we explicitly do not collect
- Any media content, file listings, or watch history from your instance;
- Your drive cookies or any 115 / Quark / 123 / Tianyi credentials;
- Your LLM API keys or conversation content;
- Business data transmitted through the tunnel — tunnel traffic passes end-to-end through Cloudflare, and our control plane is not in the data path.
Where data lives
Account and service config are stored in Cloudflare D1 (database). Payment data is stored at Paddle. Email is sent via Resend. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
- Account and slug records: kept long-term (a slug is never released to others — that is part of the product promise).
- After the 7-day grace period ends, the tunnel and its DNS record are reclaimed immediately to free capacity; account and slug records are kept so you can return and renew anytime.
- You may email us at any time to delete your account and all related data (payment records are retained by Paddle as required by law).
